No hot water or water pressure for a decent shower!!! Rusty fixtures and a failing toilet disrupt comfort. Communication issues with management. a timely reply to problems would be appreciated!!!

Can’t beat that view from the balcony! We loved how close it was to the ferry, and the hot water in the shower felt downright fancy after some other places. Staff were real sweet, and we even got to store our bags after check-out. Felt like home away from home.

The lockers made our arrival very convenient. we didn’t have to lug our bags around before check-in. Easy check-in process allowed us to get our keys effortlessly from a lock box. The room was clean and had a nice, comfy bed. The air conditioning worked really well, keeping us cool during our stay. However, the shower handle was problematic. It took a while to get the temperature right, leading to a rather frustrating shower experience. The TV had limited channels, which was disappointing after a long day. Still, the location was fantastic. just a short walk to the ferry. Enjoyed a lovely view from our room.

We absolutely loved the huge bathroom and comfy bed! 😍 The location is just a short walk from the ferry. One downside was the shower handle issue—had trouble getting the right temp.

loved the proximity to both the ferry terminal and grocery shops. the staff was genuinely friendly and eager to help. the local restaurant on-site offered great food with stunning views of the bay.

Great location, just short stroll to the ferry and plenty of shops for grocery runs. The staff was super friendly, and the air conditioning was refreshing after a hot day. Breakfast was tasty and filling.

A little more attention to room amenities would enhance the experience. Also, we had a minor hiccup with the bathroom door sticking.
